My laser losts its coordinates. I have a Neje Max with extensions. My laser is at 0,0 position but in Get position it shows X = -1432 Y = 484

yes, I think it´s upside down now, but sooo much better. So I hit $10=0 again and then G10 L2 P1 Y1030. Do I have to home it first_

Home it and see what it reads

,
this is now. but Im still going to add the 2 commands you said

but now that I try to fram the leaves it hits the rails

Move the laser 2 clicks in and 2 clicks down from home, then go to the laser tab and click show last position. Screenshot the page.

Coordinate mode selection in the Laser window?

it did not let me move 2 clicks in,back rail. I had to hit 2 clicks up and 2 clicks side

it thinks the y in square to be negtivr

You had to click up arrow to make it go down?

Let’s try this then Enter G10 L2 P1 Y-1030, not sure if negative is allowed, but try it.

now it gives me this in home

OK, that’s not it. Go back to G10 L2 P1 Y1030 and move it away from the sides like before. I would still like to see the screenshot of the laser window with show last position checked.

It hit the back rail again, so I moved it towards the outside, but the machine moved toward the inside. So it thinks the plot area of y is negative I think

Please screen shot the Laser window.

You have to wait for the picture to fully upload before clicking reply

I don’t see the laser position, but I do see that you have the text off to the left selected with cut selected graphics checked, and you’re in absolute coordinates. That will attempt to cut the text you have selected whidch is outside the work area.

This still doesn’t solve the issue of negative coordinates, but deselect the text and select one of your leaves in the work area.
