Neje laser connection?

This topic is allmost same like New Neje 30w laser pwm/ttl control
But I can not understand how can I use the Duty Cycle Square Wave Signal Generator boar…
Can I connect it like my attachment picture shows?!

I understand that I am able to direct the effect of the laser with the test card manually. Can I still work so that the controller card will control the effect of the laser?

Be shure that the yellow/black cable is connectie on the right way. Grd to grd and PWN to TTL.
I got two cables of Neje with a bad connection.
