Not Cutting at Current Position (Or I'm Not Understanding)

Job starts from Ruida origin setting rather than 'Current position' in LB

I’m only a newbie to LB and still getting to grips with the software and a newly installed ruida controller. Any jobs we run from our controller start from the origin position set on the controller. When we send a file from LB to the controller with “Start from ‘Current position’ selected” the machine moves to the origin position before starting even when we have the head in a different location. Setting origin correctly

I’ve read through manuals but it’s not coming together for me. Controller = RuiDa ACS RDC644XG I would like the job origin to be where I have placed the laser. But no matter where the head is when I press Origin, the upper left of my LB space corresponds to the upper left of the table (physical 0,0), rather than where the head was when I pressed Origin. I have gone into Z/U, Origin set, and cleared Multi Origin enable as the controller manual seems to say to do. However, no change, the origin …

1. make sure multi-origin is not set
2. set start origin to 0
