Not firing after purchasing software

I recently purchased a ortur laser 2 20w in December I had no issues done a few project and worked great, well my free trust ended and I purchased the software well now my laser will not fire or anything it will let me “ outline “ where it should cut but will not work. Does anyone know what the problem maybe?

Which Ortur Laser 2 do you have?

Does the Ortur move the head as if it were engraving or does it just chill and do nothing?
