Ortur LM2 Pro - doesn't turn off after project / between cuts

I have a problem with my laser, it doesn’t turn off between cuts, or after he finish his job… any idea?

If I will put a image in lasergrbl, it Will do it normal… but any project, it will make it like that

Laser burns too hot on test fire and stays on after project is done

Hi, Total newbie here and not sure what category this should go under. but my issue is that the laser comes on way too hot and before its supposed to, as well as stays on after the project is done, burning a line across the piece and scrap baseboard. It also comes on way to hot when I do a test fire. I have it set to 1% for the test fire framing function and its burnt a hole through a 1/4" piece of plywood. Could be a bad motherboard.

Very uncommon on the pro, in fact i dont think i seen it happen before

Thank you, I was already done that, someone was reply, I was done some measurements, checks of wires, and he said is from module, so he will send me a replacement… that was about 1 week ago. I was send few more emails, nobody answer… so now I can’t use it, and nobody from ortur helps me… that’s why I try to get a fix from here.

Laser module was have some scratches, so it wasn’t new. Guy from ortur support was saying about transport… but is not from transport, is from use. So it wasn’t new. And another sign of use is motherboard… USB port is not fixed… is moving a lot

Try putting $32=1 in the console tab

Nothing, some problem…
