After several attempts at communicating with Ortur in China, not easy with the tiem difference. I have returned my machine for an exchange. The error message I was getting was regarding power. Well the new machine is now doing the same thing. Never able to run it. I am reading all of these message boards that are saying they are returning due to mother board issues. I simply can’t afford to by a better machine yet. Any options for upgrading the power supply. Or is this train of thought incorrect. HELP. I’m wating on Ortur’s reply as to When they can do a remote visual inspection of my system from CHINA! Thanks in advance for any help offered just short of throwing it out the window.

Please copy/paste all of the messages received in your console window into a reply back.
You need to send Ortur the photo you’ve shown us here, it’s very unfortunate you’ve received two bad lasers in a row.

Yes they have all of the images and video. I am just wondering if anyone has power supply issues as well. I have tried plugging into the outlet directly and into a power strip. Nothing helps. Also, any suggestions on a reasonably priced machine for a beginner, if I do give up on Ortur
