Well i’ve made a tought and i ask some friend skilled in Electronic and he told me that no matter if you give power from out source, the MB has to read from module how much power has to manage, so if MB can manage at max 5.5W, the 7.5 will never work and told me also that you were lucky to not ruin the module itself.
I’m sorry to tell you that you have to change MB, take the one i linked you in advance.

That is very sad to hear, but at least i know a problem, maybe you can take a image how you are installed all your setup? I will do the same like you, and maybe then it gonna works, i hope so…

What if i gonna take a previous mb (black) that one we talked in start of post, to some specialist, maybe they gonna fix that Y port? What do you think?

Did you tune the motor?
Perhaps it is sending signal faster than the motor can handle.
That would account for it just making noise and not working correctly.
Set the motor tuning the same as the axis that works.
hope that helps.

@Willee can you tell more about that? How to do that?
Thanks for helping

There is a maximum speed at which the stepper motor will accept instructions.

If you go beyond that the motor misses steps and will make a lot of noise.

There is a control setup menu in lightburn software that allows adjustment and setup of motor speed and acceleration

Here is one video I found on you tube ….

You can search you tube for other videos about Lightburn stepper motor setup.

@killrob thanks, kind a like mine, but my laser still doesnt work, how we can solve this problem? Settings looks normal, what i have to watch next?

i told you, is you MB that does not support laser module over 5.5W, and the A40630 is a 7.5W.
If you buy this one your problem is solved

@killrob i mean in eleksmaker it has to work right?

The Mana will work fine, but you have to upgrade Grbl to 1.1 also in there

@killrob it already has 1.1f version

Ok so it will work, you have only to try, if i remember well in Mana the laser connectors has 3 pins so be careful on gnd, power and signal wires
