No, they are not resolved yet, but I am collaborating with the LightBurn team to solve the various issues.
I think i spoke to soon, ive come across an issue where the laser just stops mid burn, its happened several times of times now.
Thank you for adding support for Mr. Carve M1 Pro controller board.
I couldnāt find the focus button/option in lightburn. In the software that comes with the machine, thereās a button that turns ON a second red LED for focusing.
- ChangeLog: āAdded automatic tracking and restore of unit and movement modal gcode states (G20, G21, G90, G91) to Custom GCodeā but not user selectable option?
- Other option for Custom GCode would be a switch to select between one GCode per line and multi GCode per line ( at least for initial GCode ).
.
By the way I like the new Scissors Tool Thanks.
Iām not sure what youāre asking for here.
The automatic state tracking is necessary when we generate gcode, so Iām not sure what would be user selectable about it - I need a better description than ānot user selectable option?ā
Why do you need one GCode per line? Does your hardware not allow multiple codes on a single line? (Iāll have to check with Adam, but I suspect you can just enter multiple lines)
Not for me.
Perhaps this option will suit more users even in the industrial field.
For BSL users following this thread, new builds have been posted that should fix the hanging that happened occasionally when switching between modes when framing, or using the arrow keys.
I come from GLASER (Easycad clone) but I cant seem to import the COR file.
I dont have bulge skew params, since they are not accurate and linear enough for my type of application.
My COR file is a 5x5 grid, but when I click the button, nothing seems to happen.
Is this implemented yet?
Can you attach your COR file from GLaser? Since weāre currently using their library, I suspect connecting the file up shouldnāt be too difficult.
I renamed them to .txt file so I can upload them. Its a 3x3 and 5x5
Does the 9 point calibration work for the Gweike G2 in Lightburn ? I have the 150mm lens, and it looks a bit weird. I set the bed to 150mm and the output to 140mm. However, it doesnt output anything close to 140mm. The values make no sense after calibration either.

Wim

Does wobble cut on the gweike g2 work? I canāt seem to get it to, but maybe there are some limitations to the step over size and circle diameters that I donāt know? I am not able to get it to show up in preview or in reality after trying several different sizes ranging from 0.1 to 1mm in an effort to be able to see them without needing to dig out the microscope, but maybe the sizes I am trying are too large?
I havenāt seen any reports that it doesnāt - if you slow down your etch speed very slow, you should be able to see it (through rated safety glasses, of course)
I am not able to get it to work. I canāt see it in preview and it does not work when running the actual job. I have tried a variety of settings from 0.1 mm step over in diameter to 1 mm for both settings at various speeds.
Gweike use bsl software?
I am very new to Fibre Lasers. Bought a Raycus 30W BSL Galvo laser. Not impressed with the supplied software, so was very pleased to find this Beta version. Have been able to get the laser connected, but on marking everything is in reverse. Can only think the laser origin is wrong. On installing the device, I was not asked to specify the origin, and can also not find it in the device settings. Can anyone assist me
I believe so
Worked like a charm. Now on to the next issue. Drew a 20 by 20 mm box, but when engraving it came out to 24.5 by 24.5. Tried the Calibrate Galvo Lens function a few times, but the closest I got ia a box 20.5mm wide and 23mm high. any suggestions
Wobble was not supported. Iām working on that now and should have it functioning with the next update.
