Hey there, can i give my licence back? It diesnt make sence to buy a licence for my imac, Lightburn does not run on my imac, mojave 10.14.6, i tryed it also with a mac book High sierra and tryed it with windows vista. Nothing will run with my Sculpfun S9. Would be fine to get an answer!
Is your only goal about understanding the refund situation or are you also interested in trying to actually resolve the connection issue? Don’t want to go down the latter path if you’re not interested.
Did you use a trial license to test prior to purchase?

Thank you for the question, first of all iam interested in a solution with Lightburn and will send you the configuration of my mac.
