I split your post from an old thread that wasn’t likely to get you the help and answers you’re looking for. I don’t have much to work with to assist here but we’ll need to make a distinction between Error 3 and Alarm 3 to begin.

Alarm 3:
This could be a bad USB cable, static interference / electronic disruption, or failing or intermittent hardware issues.
You may also want to reach out to the nice folks at Ortur Support for additional troubleshooting procedures to validate their hardware is performing as expected.
Please screen-capture the error message you are seeing and some of the surrounding information so we can better assist you.
