Is there a question or are you just sharing information? If you’re asking what board that is, it appears to be a Benbox GRBL.

Been trying to get lightburn to work with this board but have not been able to get it to connect. Trying to figure out what I am doing wrong here.

Tim, you’ll have to provide details for anyone to offer any kind of suggestion or guidance. Until then…

I’ve got a laser cutter here :

[20190311_093256]
it’s loaded with a firmware answering as benbox.
do you know if it’s compatible with grbl 1.1?
or do I need to buy a new card? if so which one?
thank you a lot
Hi, Help please!
I have read through lots of posts and watched hours worth of videos but I am still stuck.
I have purchased a cheap (wanted but couldn’t afford a better one) laser engraver from Ebay.
It came with Benbox software which works on simple things, but keeps crashing mid engrave for anything detailed.
The laser is unbranded, has small arduino type board as the controller.
Its a 2500mw laser with x and y stepper motors.
The bed is 400 x 500 mm.
When running Benbox, it made you ch…
I have reviewed the program that I downloaded from your website, but I have some questions, I bought a Chinese cnc machine to cut and engrave with a 10W diode laser, this program supports this type of laser?
BenBox is not supported but you could try entering “$$” into he console to see if it returns useful information but it is just a guess on my part.
If you can flash with latest grbl then use the “GRBL” device.
Hello! I bought a 15000 mw Blue CNC Laser Engraver from Universal Engraver. It took a very long time to put it together and then the software they sent is Benbox and I have to use it through virtual box for my MacBook Air. Its horrible and in Chinese and I couldn’t get it to work through the virtual box so I contacted them and they said Lightburn would work on my Mac. I have everything on and plugged in but my laser is not responding. It won’t even move. I’ve spent 2 days trying to get thi…
Hpw to make my DY laser engraver work my laser won’t work. What controller and firmware did I need for light burn.
I’ve recently moved my laser burner to a new computer (moving burner to it’s home in the garage) and after trying multiple software I’m giving Lightburn a try (Benbox/Lasergrbl/EleksMaker all failed)…and I’m having one issue and that is it won’t power the laser enough to burn anything.
I flashed the Nano board with GRBL 1.1f (the latest on the site) and Lightburn sees the laser and it will move the laser head. I even managed to burn a hexagon on my junk board but had to manually set the power/…
